Kyulux, Inc. (Head Office: Fukuoka City, hereinafter “the Company”) announces that its Representative Director and President will change as of October 1, 2025. Jungkil Lee will assume the position of Representative Director and President, and the former Representative Director and President, Junji Adachi, will continue to be involved in the Company’s management as Chief Strategy Officer (CSO).

Background and Purpose

This change in personnel aims to strengthen Kyulux’s management system for the next stage of growth. With the leadership of the new president and the strategic insights of the CSO, the Company will aim to implement further business expansion and sustainable growth.

“I am Jungkil Lee (Jake LEE), and I have been appointed as the Representative Director and President of Kyulux, Inc.

My career has been driven by a belief in introducing excellent Japanese technology to the world and building a system for mutual growth. I have long been engaged in display-related work and actively involved in developing and promoting global businesses. Leveraging this experience, I strongly identify with our company’s vision of bringing significant innovation to the display industry, even as a startup, and have decided to participate in its management.

Our company is an OLED material manufacturer, and we have already received investments from LG, Samsung, and others in Korea, currently in the Series D stage. While we are still halfway there, I am committed to dedicating my full efforts to this new role.

I also extend my heartfelt gratitude to Junji Adachi (current CSO), who has powerfully led our company, and to many others for their immense contributions. I will inherit their dedication and strive for even greater growth and transformation.
