Kyulux, Inc. (Headquarters: Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture; CEO: Jungkil Lee) announces that Samjin Kim assumed the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) as of December 15, 2025.

Mr. Kim, our new CFO, is a seasoned specialist in corporate and investment strategy, having held key roles at global companies such as Samsung Electronics and SK Japan. Over his extensive career, he has been deeply involved in M&A, venture investment (particularly in the semiconductor sector), and business development. With global expertise and strategic execution capabilities, Kyulux will further strengthen its financial and managerial framework to accelerate global growth and ensure a successful future IPO.

In his new role, Mr. Kim will oversee strategic investments for Kyulux’s global expansion, financial planning and management, and business development. His ability to identify high-value technologies and strategic partners, combined with his strong execution capabilities, will be a powerful driving force as Kyulux moves into its next phase of growth.
