(Headquarters: Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea; Japan Research Center: Ichihara-city, Chiba; CEO: Hah Junghwan; hereinafter “SKMJ”).
Background and Objectives
In the current OLED display market, the development of next-generation panels with high color purity is progressing rapidly, making high-efficiency, long-life materials essential. Kyulux’s proprietary green dopant material for OLED displays is a highly anticipated solution that achieves the extreme color purity required for next-generation panels while significantly contributing to improved efficiency and longevity. Through this partnership, Kyulux and SKMJ aim to achieve early commercial implementation of next-generation displays by merging Kyulux’s advanced material design technology with SKMJ’s global business infrastructure and manufacturing expertise.
Business Development under this Agreement
Under the terms of this agreement, Kyulux will provide the relevant technologies to SKMJ, and SKMJ will drive commercialization, including product optimization.
